​I have been in cybersecurity sales for over 30 years, and I have seen the domain grow from just being about anti-virus and, at the most, a firewall to covering an entire plethora of products, services and solutions. Youngsters wanting to enter this field found it very complex; even non-technical business leaders, who tried to understand security basics, had the same challenge. Security practitioners primarily focused on one or two aspects or technologies and had difficulties understanding the big picture. I experienced this almost daily in my career – when training new entrants or meeting customers. That gave me the idea of writing a book, “CyberSecurity Demystified” – a compact reference guide to cybersecurity. So here you are!
